• Filling in arrival letter of declaration which includes some information such as type ,quantity, trade mark ,technical code , model and value of the good .

• Specifying tariff no. by the expert of customs office.

• Registration of tariff no. and evaluation of goods by Evaluation Dept.

• Checking all documents i.e. bill of lading ,manifestation ,certificate of origin ,health certificate ,invoice ,delivery order , then Calculation of all related charges and finally issuance of invoice.

• Payment into Kish Free Zone Organization account and receiving bank receipt .

• Issuing customs clearance permission of goods.

• Final checking of goods in compliance with documents and granting permission for lading goods .

• Confirmation of exit guard which will be signed by customs management .
